Jennifer Yao works as a compiler dev on the Visual C++ Front-End team at Microsoft. She's been volunteering for CppCon for four or five years (can't remember exactly—she stopped counting at CppCon 2017, during which her pet hamster died unexpectedly).
When not being obsessive-compulsive about code, she enjoys eating fancy cupcakes, watching hamster videos, and playing Dwarf Fortress. She is not particularly fond of writing about herself in the third person.
